I LOVE PRODUCTION WORK.

as some of you (my friends) know, i play guitars and write music for the band surgery. we’ve been together for what, two years now? and we’ve finally decided to record a mini-album (6 songs). it’s been a long road from here and i must say, i’m very impressed with the growth.

i’m producing the album, and i love this kind of work. i love making music in this perspective where i can be all control-freaky and stuff. this record is special to me - the same way Grace, And Dragging Her Wings was special, but in a different way (?). i’m on my own in producing this one. and i’m happy with the work so far.

i’ve listened to so many music, i have a million and one pegs for the guitar sound/overall sound of this album. tonight, i wrapped up the mixing and mastering of four of our pre-prod tracks. i’m happy to announce that this project is indeed moving and we will release official word about the album launch soon.
